WHAT:    Bridge lessons start again.

Beginners' lessons with Nila Kyser.  This is for people who do not know much about bridge.

Defense lessons with Richard Anthony.  This is about defense strategies for those who know how to play bridge.

Rusty Bridge Table.  Are you in between a beginner and a knowledgeable player?  If you are interested in forming a table to practice bridge and ask questions when needed, please contact Nila Kyser by email or 949-200-9466.

WHEN:    OCT. 6, thereafter 1st and 3rd Mondays.  Time is 7-9 p.m.

We will try this through December.  If the lessons get a good response, we'll continue them in 2009.  Dates after 10-6 for 2008 will be Oct 20, Nov 3, Dec 1, Dec 15. Note there will not be a meeting on Nov 17.

WHERE:    Bayside Village North Clubhouse, Newport Beach. 

Directions to Bayside Village North Clubhouse

If you are heading South on PCH, at the first stoplight after Dover Road turn left on North Bayside Drive. 

If you are heading North on PCH, at the second stoplight after Jamboree Road turn right on North Bayside Drive. 

Travel 250 yards on North Bayside Dr. to Bayside Way on the left.  The clubhouse is about 50 yards at the end of Bayside Way.

Parking

Park on N. Bayside Dr. anywhere the curb is not red.  There is also visitor parking just inside the Village (left on Bayside Way) next to the sound wall around the village.

If you want refreshments, bring your own.  There is a soft drink machine nearby.  Please clean up after yourself.
