This form is for event registration. It is important that you provide the requested information in order to assure that your request is handled in a timely manor. Please fill-out and print this form then mail the form in with your check to the BSSC mailbox. If you wish to pay by Credit Card, use the button at the bottom of this page labeled "Click Here to pay by Credit Card". Please note that not all events are set up for credit card payment. If the event does not appear in the credit card section then you will need to pay with cash or check.

This registration helps BSSC plan for trip space. The BSSC policy is that your CHECK or your CHARGE confirms your reservation. So send in your check as soon as possible in order to be confirmed. If you are registering for an event that is 7 days or less from today, then please call the Event Leader as well.
